WE REFINE AND DEVELOP YOUR PASSIONS
What is it that you are wanting to accomplish? What are your goals? Who are you wanting to serve? We help you develop your niche. You can change the world with one good idea that focuses on a small market desperate for your product, service, or organization. Your goal must be to change the world with dramatic and revolutionary ideas targeted to a small group of people who can’t live without your offerings.
What happens as the people encounter your remarkable offerings is magical — they remark — they start talking. Suddenly the small market blossoms exponentially and everyone wants what you are offering.
We start by getting your ideas and evaluating your potential market area. We present you with the needs related to your ideas. By meeting with local, state, and federal policy makers, immediate stakeholders, especially consumers, we give you an in-depth view of your market potential.
We also refine your current offerings — from your corporate identity to your product delivery — we can help you make your product, service, and/or organization remarkable. By using objective, empirical data, best practices within your industry, and straight-talk from your organization’s stakeholders, we create a roadmap for your organization’s future success.

CLAY G. MATCHETT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Clay Matchett, Chief Executive Officer, is a native Texan. Work ethic developed on the football fields and ranches of West Texas is illustrative of this company’s quick success. D. SCOTT CALDWELL, PROJECT MANAGER, VICE PRESIDENT SOUTHWEST REGION
D. Scott Caldwell has valuable experience providing interim executive management, strategic planning, grant writing/administration, and project development services for many public entities located in Texas. Having been awarded a BBA and an MBA with an emphasis in Management, Mr. Caldwell would not have imagined that he would embark, and actually excel, in a career assisting governmental entities the way he does today. However, from his tenure with the Council of Government for the Texas Panhandle region, Scott was introduced to this sector and very quickly realized there was a real need in rural Texas for technical and progressive expertise to be implemented through the institutional knowledge in combination with the “real world” experience that he possessed. Being the person who thrives on helping others discover their own successes, Mr. Caldwell undertook the endeavor and accepted the challenge to go forth and help local municipal organizations provide efficiencies and solutions within their organizations and communities to better serve the citizens and visitors of their communities. |
